Role Overview

The Affiliate Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our affiliate marketing efforts, optimizing affiliate relationships, and achieving revenue goals.

 The affiliate manager should have a strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with affiliates.

Job Responsibilities

  • Affiliate Recruitment and Onboarding
    • Recruit new affiliates who are aligned with our brand and target audience to expand new and ongoing campaigns.
    • Develop and execute strategies to attract high-quality affiliates and partners to the program.
    • Coordinate the onboarding process for new affiliates, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Affiliate Relationship Management
    • Manage top publishers professionally and scale over their performance to maintain excellency.
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing affiliates, acting as the focal point, and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
    • Monitor affiliate performance, analyze data, and provide constructive feedback to help affiliates optimize their campaigns.
  • Campaign Strategy and Optimization
    • Collaborate with the team to develop and execute effective affiliate marketing campaigns that align with our goals.
    • Analyze current and new joining campaigns to understand the best practices and best traffic sources.
    • Enhance the management of all campaigns to attain the targeted revenue.
    • Analyze campaign performance using various metrics such as revenue, gross margin, and cancellation rate, presenting findings to top management for use in high-level strategic planning.
    • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and affiliate marketing best practices to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Performance Reporting
    • Generate regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
    • Present performance updates to senior management.
  • Compliance and Legal
    • Ensure affiliates adhere to company guidelines, ethical practices, and legal requirements.
    • Monitor and prevent fraudulent or non-compliant activities within the affiliate program.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within the performance marketing industry.
  • Have full knowledge of CPA, CPL, CPI and CPS pricing models.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing concepts, strategies, and industry trends.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and online advertising techniques.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data, interpreting performance metrics, and making data-driven decisions is essential.
  • Skilled in identifying problems, troubleshooting technical challenges, and finding innovative solutions
