Role Overview

The Influencers Account Manager will be responsible for developing relationships with influencers, coordinating campaigns, and tracking performance. 

Key responsibilities include managing influencer contracts, tracking metrics, and optimizing marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has a strong marketing background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.

Job Responsibilities

Influencer Recruitment and Onboarding: 

  • Recruit new influencers who are aligned with our target audience to expand new and ongoing campaigns.
  • Introduce the concept of performance marketing and revenue sharing model to influencers.
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract high-quality influencers and partners to the program. 
  • Pinpoint new media opportunities by actively keep a pulse on emerging influencers, networks, and trends. 

Influencer Relationship Management: 

  • Manage top publishers professionally and scale over their performance to maintain excellency.
  • Support and maintain relationships with existing influencers, acting as the focal point, and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Continually monitor and analyze influencer performance, in order to adjust strategies and reach business goals.

Campaign Strategy and Optimization:

  • Develop and execute campaigns and partnerships with content creators and influencers.
  • Analyze current and new joining campaigns to understand the best practices and best traffic sources.
  • Contribute to the development of influencer marketing strategy for each brand campaign and being directly responsible for ensuring the successful execution of that strategy.
  • Analyze campaign performance using various metrics such as revenue, gross margin, and cancellation rate, presenting findings to top management for use in high-level strategic planning.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and influencer marketing best practices to optimize campaigns investment and performance.

Performance Reporting:

  • Generate regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
  • Present performance updates to senior management.

Compliance and Legal:

  • Ensure influencers adhere to company guidelines, ethical practices, and legal requirements.
  • Monitor and prevent fraudulent or non-compliant activities within the influencer program.

Other

  • Other tasks may be assigned as necessary according to DigiZag needs. 

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • A relevant master’s degree is a plus.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within the performance marketing industry.
  • Have full knowledge of CPA, CPL, CPI and CPS pricing models.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing concepts, strategies, and industry trends.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and online advertising techniques.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data, interpreting performance metrics, and making data-driven decisions is essential.
