Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Operations Officer to join our dynamic team at DigiZag in Amman. This pivotal role involves enhancing our marketing operations, leading the operations department and ensuring operational excellence across the board. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, with proficiency in tools like Power BI and Looker Studio, and additional expertise in AI and programming & system integrations is highly desirable.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
As a Performance Marketing Operations Officer, you will oversee the daily operations of the marketing operations department and the operations team, ensuring a smooth workflow and the highest levels of efficiency and quality. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Process Optimization: Identify and resolve bottlenecks, implement systems to
    streamline operations, and ensure that all processes align with company goals.
  • Task and Quality Management: Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure that all
    operations meet established standards of quality.
  • Financial Oversight: Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and
    implement cost-control measures. Prepare and analyze financial reports to track and
    forecast financial performance.
  • Data Analytics and Reporting: Utilize advanced analytical tools to generate insights
    from complex data sets, develop comprehensive dashboards, and report on key performance indicators to optimize marketing campaigns and operational strategies.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, manage, and mentor the operations team to promote a high-performance culture. Facilitate effective communication and coordination between teams and resolve any conflicts swiftly.
  • Strategic Planning: Provide strategic, data-driven recommendations to enhance
    marketing effectiveness and overall business performance.
  • Project Management: Act as a project manager for the development of in-house
    platforms, ensuring the integration and alignment of marketing operations with other
    business units.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, AI, Business Information Systems, Data Analysis, or a related field.
  • 3 – 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and Google Sheets 
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Analytical skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure
